Auto booking

Auto booking is raising some questions. When I go to help and click on the release there is a link for a video to explain auto booking. When I click on the link it takes me to a video of the worker's module.


We see that the contract drop down menu is not working the way it used to. Selecting a default contract on the template tab seems to eliminate the choices for a customer contract. It requires for every different contract to go back into the template section and create a new default for every contract that may require some special vetting.


To move from newest contract to University Contract for a client, I have to go into the template to make the change since the drop down does not reveal all the contract choices.

I'm certain this is related to the drop down issue you were seeing while scheduling. If your reboot, cache clearing, ect doesn't work, let me know and we'll screen share to trouble shoot further.
