I keep having trouble opening orders I have sent attachments. I have deleted all writing and only sent attached document. I use these feature often and have never had a problem until now. Current order having issue 1157655

what would you need to attache to an order? Like a picture of the setup?

Yes, setup documentation is what we designed this feature for, but it's being used for other things too: parking maps for a college campus, general file attachments related to the event, promotional pictures for later use, ect.


However, most people just use it for 2 things:

  1. To have picture documentation of proper setup in the event a customer is injured and wants to blame you.
  2. Taking a picture and filing a "copy" of rules/waiver on site.

When you have these documents filed in IO, they're much easier to retrieve in the event that you need to years from now.

We attach directions, forms, certificate of insurance, and pictures (damage items) mostly. This helps in case I am off and someone needs to access documents. Also signed invoices. Believe it or not some people prefer to fax or send as attachment. But not often.

So will I continue to have issues? It seems orders with attachments are now getting frozen when I try to open.

The issues with it causing leads to not load should be fixed.
