Attaching files to leads

Occasionally we receive hand signed and mailed contracts. It would be beneficial to not only mark them as received in IO, but to have a mechanism to attach an image of the signed contract.
Bonus points: have an email address where we could have the lead ID as the subject, and have the content of the email and any attachments added to the lead without going through the UI. I could then include a mailto link in the email to my clients to have them email it in...

We do have that. You can email or text to attach@inflatableoffice.com. Put the lead ID in the subject, and what you send will be attached to the lead. We cannot have the customers sending them in though. It must be sent using an email address that matches the admin or a worker account. Otherwise, people could send in stuff to your account when they shouldn't. But if they send to you, you can simply forward to attach@inflatableoffice.com.
