I tried the other day to send a picture attachment to IO order 1844026 while at the event


I tried to text it to attach@inflatableoffice.com and also email it to the same address


When we spoke before you told me that the system would know where to send it as long as the worker was associated with the order and the phone numbers, email address, and times all fell within the correct event.


Well I'm sure you guess that didn't work LOL


I tried it both ways text and email no order number and it didn't work.


How is this supposed to work? Am I wrong about the order number not needing to be in the email or text when on site?


This is something we are going to use heavily in 2017 so I need get some direction on this

There was a bug that caused this to not work. It has been fixed.


FYI - You can attach pictures to a lead using the mobile app as well.


If you do text it, the cell number must be on that worker's account and it has to be sent within 30 mins of the shift time.

this one didn't attach because it wasn't sure which event.


You have two shifts, one ending the other starting at 10:30am. you sent it at 10:57 which is within that 30min window I mentioned earlier.

tested today and worked fine


did the text without any order id and it worked
