Are we able to add the day of the week as well as the date.

We would like to see the day as well as the date on the contract. An example is "Thursday September 3, 2015" instead of September 3, 2015.

If you are referring to anything with a template, yes:
*startday* Will add Event Start Day of Week. ex: Tuesday (you can simply add it in before the other date variables).
*fulleventtimetext* will add Event Start/End Date/Time. ex: Tue, Nov 3, 2015 1:30pm - 4:30pm
