Allow more than two characters in Prov. and allow to edit manufacturers

Hello,
As an Australian user our states (Prov.) are 3 characters but can only add two in there. Also I can't see anywhere possible to edit/delete manufacturers and/or models. I wanted to change the model name but no luck finding anything so I'm guessing the feature isn't there.

I've fixed the 3 character issue on our Dev server. It will be out with the next release very soon. Regarding manufacturers and models, you can choose Add New... from the Manufacturer or Model drop down if you want to add a new one, however, you cannot edit or remove from that list. These are information only. If you can find a match in the list, in many cases we pre-fill the rental information for you.
