Adding workers assignments to schedules

I would like to see the assignment of workers to the packing, list improved. When a Crew Leader has been assigned, and later an added member of the team is selected, the position automatically assigns the new team member as another crew leader (default) and does not allow the list to contain names of workers who are not crew leaders to be assigned to the team. It would be so much easier if the added position did not default and then would allow the admin to assign any team member to the team rather then a pre-defined restricted list.

We may need to change this, but let me explain how it works because you can still easily get the full list of names.
After a shift has been added, the next time you try to add a shift it will default to the same position as the previous shift. At the same time the names will be limited to only those that qualify for that position. To see other names, change the position and click the update button on the shift. It will refresh the list of names to match the new position you chose and show you their availability. If you want to see all the names, choose "select..." which is the empty position and hit the update button. All names will be in the list with their availability shown.
