We currently use negative $$ amounts to show refunds, but a refund or return option would be helpful.

This is something you can now add in Settings->Payment Types.
How can the customers with refunds be tracked? I can't remember them and have had no luck searching them in the keyword search.

I need to track clients with a credit.
all you have to do it go to leads under the preset saved use drop down has credit then pick your date range and it will pull up a report.
IO has also added a new feature Gift Cards where you can issue the gift card to the client and then you dont have to keep up with it
