A few issues....

admittedly, this is probably something im missing, but:

1. I have no delivery charges set up, yet the system keeps charging 25.00 delivery for each order.

2. I still dont see how to send surveys...are they automatically sent?

1) In Settings->Distance Charges you have $25 for up to 25 miles and $1/mile after. Refer to this page to understand how to setup your distance charges.


2) You have to turn on the Customer - Thank You auto email in Settings->Email Center. We send the survey link through that, however, you can send the survey link by entering the appropriate variable in any template.
