Client is not able to view and sign the contract but was able to pay the deposit, Navigating through q&a I saw something about leads not being set correctly and I keep getting messages saying I'm not subscribed to crm but I wasn't informed that I have to do that to accept payments

They way that your set up is that the customer has to pay the deposit before they can sign the contract, if you would like you can change this, or we can for you. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
