Please see below for the message that I'm getting when I'm trying to save the username and password for one of my employees. Not sure how to give them access to the worker's app for them to clock in. Please help, and thank you.

Try this:
In your IO account click logistics then right click workers site. Send them that link either via text or email. Let them set up their own account and let you know when they're done. Then you can approve it and add any permissions
