Changing delivery time/window.

I am sure it is me, but I have changed the delivery window to a different day than what was originally set, and it will not change to that day when I do the delivery planner. Say the order was first set to deliver on the 21st, and I changed the delivery window to the 20th.


What am I missing?

Check the "shifts" on the lead to see if there were already vehicle shifts assigned, if so, delete these and then the lead should show under the new planner date
