How do i do the following?-
Turn off auto booking
Make it quote only
Allow People To make quotes for items we are out of so I can sell them over the phone with other items.
I personally have to book the events that come in.

Settings>online quoting. Autobooking = Off
Display Quote = yes or no depends on if you think you want to make any adjustments before you send them a final quote.
Show Availabilty pre/post cart = No on both
Then in WP>Inflatable Office>setup: item availability checking = Off
