Checkout Processing

It seems like all my customers today have struggled getting their cart to checkout so I went and tried to myself on my iPhone. When I enter all the information in, it says processing forever and never gives them the quote. Is there a reason for this or way to fix? Thanks!

It does the same thing on computer, just tested.

I tried reversing my "accidental waiver" text and quote page email template to the older version i had a couple of days ago but that didn't work either.

This should now be working as expected.
