I'm wanting to add a new link page to my page and feature a business i have partnered with. Something like when you click on the inventory, reviews, or FAQs and it takes you to another page. I'm not wanting to add inventory or anything, just information and media. Thank You!

You have to do it in wordpress. Add page and name it. then it's easiest to click edit with elementor. Use the widgets on the side bar to drag and drop and design your page. publish when you're ready.
Then you have to go to Appearances>menu and add the new page to your menu.
Should be a ton of tutorials online if you look up creating a page using elementor.
