Organization Character Limit

Can we either have an increase or remove the character Limit for Organization names?
Often some of them get cut off when they are longer and it's frustrating to create a contract instance to get around this.
I currently have an organization that needs almost 150 characters for the full name and they are insisting it be in their contract.

Where exactly is the name being cut off? Saving from the Org page or submitting a quote from the checkout page should allow at least 255 characters.
