Remote Venue with no address--just latitude and longitude

I have a client who requested a quote for delivery to a location without an address. There is a building, and I have the link to the pin on Google Maps, but the "What's Here" link in Google that would normally give the address just gives a latitude and longitude measurement.

I tried pasting that into the street address slot on the lead page, but the software isn't calculating any distance charges.

How do I get the system to calculate distance fees accurately when I don't have an actual street address because one doesn't exist?

The best solution in these cases is to choose a nearby address that is geolocatable for the purposes of calculating distance charges, or to calculate and enter the distance charges manually.

We usually will just put the pin in google and start address from our warehouse to get the delivery fee and manually adjust. And then we'll put a link to that pin in our venue notes to share with drivers on packing lists and put the closest street address in the venue street.

Unfortunately the nearest address appears to be 50 miles away. Would be nice if there were an option to just put in lat/lon as an address override on the lead.

Or a close 2nd would be a distance fee calculator somewhere so I could put in the "87.3 miles" from google's driving directions and it'd pop out the calculated fees.

Thanks for the tip on the pin link in the venue notes. That helps soften the inconvenience for the drivers.

The best route would be what Nick said if you are not able to find the address. You can enter a random address and manually update the distance charge to the appropriate amount based on how many miles away the customer is.
