Damage waiver deleted from quote, immediately repopulates in quote.

Hi, I have had a few customers who initially select the damage waiver, or it has been added when I started a new lead.

When the customer has asked to remove it, on both mobile/desktop, I will press the red trash can icon and the damage waiver will delete. Within a few seconds, (before saving and even after attempting to save quicky) the damage waiver will reappear and I cannot remove it.

The only current "fix" I have found is reopening their actual quote URL, editing the webpage quote where I can unselect the damage waiver which causes a new quote to submit.

Any help?

Hi Donald,

You would need to navigate to the optional fields section of the lead and uncheck the damage waiver box as shown below.

When I press optional fields, nothing shows up such as; late booking fees or the damage waiver.

Please check again and see if your able to remove the fees.

Whatever you did allowed me to change the fee pricing, delete them, and they don't automatically come back. Thank you! On the other hand, I still cannot see anything in the optional field tab, when clicked on the drop-down bar, it automatically skips to customer. When I expand the optional fields on my own, it is empty.

You are very welcome, I have moved the Damage waiver up under your rentals and it's now showing on the leads page.

Also if you would like the damage waiver box to not automatically be checked you can go to Settings-->Optional Fields-->Select "Damage Waiver" and change the default value to unchecked. Make sure you do this for both locations if you take this route.
