Update: Found out that it is working but it's taking the better part of 10 minutes to show up. Here's the file's specs

We haven't been able to replicate this issue. The attachment appears almost immediately either uploading or drag and drop. If you continue to have issues going forward let us know and we can have a developer take a look.
