First, login. Then you need to put a card on file here: https://rental.software/account/#/settings/subscription/billing. Then you need to activate the $39/mo WP sync and hosting fee here: https://rental.software/account/#/settings/subscription/wordpress. At that point we will reinstate your site. Our offices are closed, so once you do this, reply to this email but it may take a little longer than usual to reactivate your site.

I was under the impression that 10 items and under was free, perhaps I missed something about an increase?

I am responding to you in a private ticket. There was no price increase made, it's just a service needed on the account to power the website.
