contract and customer page not working

Who do I contact to fix this. I have had 2 customers with problems today.

I typed in a request and used my business address and it stated

  • The travel distance is beyond our normal delivery area. Please contact us at .......... for assistance.

I don't see a place to finalize the contract. I tried clicking on "check" without success

When a check has to be mailed after you receive it and cash it you would then have to add the payment manually to the lead, the only way for a customer to pay automatically would be through square, once you enter the payment manually it would then move to a confimed status.

I have not been to this contract page very often. Is there a button they push to finalize or do they just push "print"

Once everything all the steps have been completed this will finalize the contract.

Yes we can add Venmo we would need to add in there were to submit the payment so your venmo info.
