Add Future Events Before Cut-Over to IO

We are getting close to the cut-over to our new website. We have not used IO before; this will be our first live site.

We already have future events on the calendar and customers who have paid through our QuickBooks system throughout the year.

What is the best way to add these past and future events to IO? I don't want to duplicate the data being added into QuickBooks with the QuickBooks sync because all of the data, including payment information, etc., already exists over there in QuickBooks.

I would love to have all this data in IO, though, specifically the future events, to ensure we don't have any inventory issues.

If the customer already has an invoice in our QuickBooks System and has Submitted Payment, I don't want them to have to do anything IO-related. Only new future orders will be fully handled through IO after we cut over.

Good morning, you would need to manually enter these leads and for the ones that have already paid and you don't want to go over to quick books you would need to mark these in a Confirmed or Complete status but this will only work if your doing the online integration with QB not with the Desktop, and if your using the online integration, you should enter all of the leads and then do your QB integration. I hope this makes sense.
