Unwanted Duplicate Inventory Item

We have a unit in our inventory that is only listed once in the "Inventory" section (with a quantity of 1) but in the "New Leads" page, it is listed twice, once with a $0.00 value and once with the correct $225 value. It creates situations where customers have double-booked the unit, but we can't figure out how to remove the duplicate inventory listing. Any ideas?

It looks like the item with spaces in the 12'x12' part is a manufacturer item, which you can access by going to the manufacturer items preset in your inventory. I have linked the items with a parent/child relationship for now so that they at least cannot be booked at the same time, but you might consider changing the name of that item or deleting it so they are not confused.
