lead number 6437751 this lead initiated by customer came in "conflict" - how is a customer able to attempt to book something that isnt available ? Is that something they can do?

I don't see the conflict currently, but maybe you changed it. It is generally possible for a quote to come in with a conflict. It would not allow booking though. If you don't want to allow quotes to come in with conflicts, I think we can adjust that, but we generally feel it's in your best interest to allow it and talk them into something else.
