Can we disable the "Edit Quote" option the quote page?
Yes. Go to Settings->Customer Interface. Switch to Advanced Mode and click edit. On the Quote Confirm section, simply delete the edit button and then click save.
You'll want to verify that it worked correctly and that your Quote Pages and Contract pages still look correct after making this change.
