I want to have a QR code generate with the manager survey on all our packing lists so our team can easily scan it and fill out survey.
I tried to use the *manager_report_url* in the QR code generator but it didnt work really.

No, I don't think it's going to work that way for you...this would have to be link that would be the same every time...the manager report link changes every time for each lead. I recommend instead adding the variable to an organization App Template in the software. Then when the worker is on the lead in the workers app it would show the link for the survey to click and fill out

This works. But instead of using *manager_report_url* use *manager_report_link* to make the qr code. The url option is hyperlinked text and wont work in text message templates or QR Codes. But the link is the actual link to the page so it should work. It's what I used.
