Forced Delivery Method by Venue

We often deliver to city parks, which have a number of special requirements compared to delivery to a home or business. To make sure we cover those requirements I created a City Park delivery method and I would like to force certain addresses (ie. for the specific city park venues) to use the city park delivery method. Is there any way to either:
1) have an address input by a customer automatically pull up a saved venue: ie. 1234 Sample Park Rd. > Sample Park Venue
2) have an address or venue force a delivery method (ie. City Park Delivery)
