Contract signed with no reservation.

The website is letting my customers sign the contract without finishing the reservation and paying a deposit therefore the reservation isn’t confirming. Any body had this issue

We require a $$ deposit in order for the system to confirm the reservation once reservation is confirmed then they get the contract. But lately i have gotten a few customer think their reservation are set because they signed the contract and somebody else reserved the unit because the reservation never confirmed

We can make it to where they can't sign the contract until a payment is made. Would you like for me to do that? or you could also do that by going to your Settings-->Pages/Templates and selecting the contract and there is a spot that you can check as shown here, then save and they will have to make a payment before being able to sign.

It looks like you have this setting turned on to require payment before signature. You have this set up correctly. Please let us know if you need anything else.
