What should we do with anything that is under these two locations? Leads? Inventory?

For Texas, you can delete all including inventory.

For West Covina, I would like to keep the leads. The inventory was shared between Rancho, LA. and OC.

Not sure how to go about that.

Thanks Eric,

For all Customers and leads inside of both of these locations, you can do one of 2 things.

1. We can delete them

2. Or for each location individually, you can choose which location you would like them to be transitioned to keep the data around.

If you would like to let me know we can take care of it for you!

For West Covina, we can save these leads, which location do you want them merged with?

Lets Merge them into rancho location.

Thanks Eric, I have removed it from the billing and will put it in the request for transfer of data.

Awesome!

Lets go ahead and also cancel out Texas. I have no response from the client.

Is there a way to cancel and still have access later to the location the way I left it just in case the client decides to come back?

Yes, we can do that for you, we keep a backup of the deleted locations. However, I cannot offer that backup AND merging in the leads/customers from that location. So if you're okay with just deleting the location without merging in the leads, that is fine.

I finished the merge with the Covina and Rodeo locations.

Yes, back up location is fine without the leads.
