Choice matrix saving answers

It appears the choice matrix doesn't save the answers you want to test against when creating a training program. I believe it is saving them but when I open the question again the required answers are not displayed. (see orange circle in image)

Also, would it be possible to get the "question" column expandable so we can see more of what's being written? (see green circle in image)

Do you mean it's not saving your "correct" answers? Which Training is this?

I believe it is saving my correct answers but when I reopen the matrix the ones already created don't display what I had previously saved. I THINK they are there though.

Job site setup. Any of the matrix questions

I think you are right...I think they are saving...but would be nice to be able to see these. I am putting in both these requests now
