Delivery Planner

Hey everyone,
Im trying to learn how to use the delivery planner as we are getting into the busier season. I wanted to kow what has worked best for you guys as well as what has not. What optimal and what isnt. I know alot might be personal preference but I want to learn from the best in order ot be the bes tand experiment with what works best for us.
I also wanted to ask why I am not able to drag and drop the times in the time slots. I tried watching th evideo but it seems outdated and of no help. If anyone could help me in anyway and provide me with some advice it'll be much appreciated.
