Inventory rental time in IO not matching website time

My units are listed for 7 hours in inventory but on the website it lists for a 6 hour rental period.


I have tried all the sent advice IA has sent me

- online quoting

- advance setting time frame

- resyncing


any ideas? I'm missing business do this and its weekend and don't want to lose any more. TY!

Are you referring to the pricing listed on the product pages?

I updated sync and yesterday everything was correct! Just took almost two days to populate but it’s working now. All fixed! Ty!
