Upcharge for tents being placed on concreate

How are people setting it up to upcharge when someone selects a tent that will require ballast rather than stakes? A tent that you can not use stakes for. Looking for the best way to set that up in the system so that when a customer creates a quote, they are able to see that there is an extra charge if we are putting this on concrete etc.
