I only have the ability to run a report for last year for items rented but I cannot discover how to run a report for previous years beyond last year... I want to know how often my items have been rented and how much money each of my items are making me, not just last year, but in the previous 5 years. How do I do this?

When running the report on the leads page, you can use the calendar on the left hand side to change the month/year to run this report for.
