Issue with Elementor Form Integration into IO Leads

I’m having some trouble with how my Elementor form submissions are being pulled into IO leads.
The name, cell phone, email, and event details are mapping correctly into the lead fields, but the following form fields are all showing up in the event notes section instead of their proper places:
field_f9899a8: 9999 humming way
field_16e1bb8: 2025-05-28
field_0a36597: The Ultimate Foam Party (2 Hour package)
field_a7d4009: 14:00
field_dd1c498: 16:00
field_5734adf: Colored Foam
How can I properly map these Elementor form fields so they populate into the correct lead fields in IO rather than showing up as raw field labels in the notes?

It's because you aren't mapping them to the fields. I.e. You have 9999 humming way in field_f9899a8. field_f9899a8 is a field ID that needs to be renamed to eventstreet. I linked an article on how to set the field up below.
