Employees can use time clock across devices

When employees clock in on the site and then go to the app, they are asked to select a position but no way to do it.

Is this happening for all employees or a specific employee?

Thank you. I would also like to verify, when they are clocking in on the site are they selecting a position or is it not requiring them to?

Good question. I thought it automatically selected one for them. I'll ask.
