Hello Group.
looking to see if someone can walk me through the settings for the workers app.
This is what we are looking to do.
We have event planners/decorators that do work for us. We are looking to give them access to only the assigned events that we give them. We also do not want to give access to payments and history of clients etc.
Anyone have a video on how to do so or can jump on a quick call. I have had the workers app for a year now and struggling!

What a worker has access to depends on the permissions they have set on their worker profile. If you give a worker permission to leads they will be able to see all leads not just certain ones.

We do this with our vendors! We add them as workers and now when we send out the request for their work, we include a link to the worker site so they can go in and see their upcoming events. But we did make sure the permissions were set so they couldn't see all the other events. Hope this helps! :)
