Call to order item

I am sure there is a way to do this but I can't find it. Is there a way in the quote area to say "call to order item" instead of "add to quote"?

There isn't a way to change the button itself but on the rental item itself if you go to Advanced Features there is a spot to restrict the Price/quote (see attachment) Instead of the price listed on the quote for this item it will prompt the customer to call in
