Wordpress Quote Page Integration

Hi I wanted to add the quote request (wordpress) page to my wordpress website but I cannot figure out how. I have already linked my wordpress site to EO but I am not sure to to integrate that specific section into a page on my website. It is not coming up under my pages in my wordpress pages dashboard.

IO will sync it over. You may go to settings>Wordpress>choose your site>force synce and let it run before it shows up.

This checkout page has already been added to your website! It is not displaying properly at the moment so I am running a sync to see if that fixes it.
