Vehicle Packing Lists

Is there any way to group Vehicle packing lists by "trips". As in, leaving the warehouse, doing deliveries, and then "Return to Warehouse" equals Trip 1. So the Rental Loading Order would take into account that a given vehicle is not making all say, 5, of its deliveries in one trip, etc.

You can drag the "Return to Warehouse" from the Setups box. Then when you print up the packing lists it will show where you return and reload the truck

But is there any way to have a separate vehicle packing list printed for each of those trips?

When you do it this way there will just be a space in between trips. You also change the "start time" for the delivery routing...first print up the info for the morning shift...then change the start time for 12pm and can print it up for the second trip, etc

Okay thanks. One other thing. On the New PL I have the "setup_or_teardown" variable to indicate whether a job is being setup or torn down, and the "shiftstart" variable, but neither are populating.

Now I'm having issues with *setupstart* and *setupend* not working. They're pulling times, but not the times set in Routing. I can't figure out the source of the times that they are pulling. You can go to Aug 31st Routing and compare the print preview to the times set in Routing to see what I'm talking about. thanks!

I had to change a couple settings to be sure this was working for you. If this happens again for those already set up--just go to the contract tab of the lead and clear the delivery/pick up dates and times and you should be able to get it to pull updated info for the packing list. Thanks!

Thank you! While trying to figure it out this morning, I turned on the setting that allows the Routing tab to set the Delivery/Teardown times on the Contract tab...do I need to turn this back off or leave it?

I turned that off....that way it still pulls that time but doesn't set both for the same time and it will pull over correctly on the packing list. Let me know going forward if you have any issues with it! Thanks
