Check Boxes on Contract

I added check boxes to my contract to bring attention to a couple of things I'm having problems with while renting.
When I added these %initials% check boxes, it took the signature away from my contract. Is there any way to have both?

From what I experienced with that it wouldn't let me do both. You will probably have to get io tech team to go in the back door and change that for you.
