So I had someone this past week start the auto booking process, I texted a reminder of what needed to be completed, I got an ok, but did not complete the deposit or contract after 3 days.

Ultimately I have decided to implement my own 24 hour grace period for both the deposit and contract signature, before I just manually cancel the booking.

My question is, is there any way to have the IO software not reserve the slide until it is in the confirmed status?

Good morning, yes you can do this on your Lead Statuses.
