Damage waiver

How do I set the damage waiver to automatically be selected during check out? So the customer has to physically uncheck it. I’ve been researching and can’t find the answer. Thanks.

I did this but it’s showing two options now. “Accidental damage waiver” and “damage waiver”, i need to remove the accidental one. How do i do that?
