I am requesting a feature that would be amazing!

I'd like to see more precise automations. Send @ specific time. Send 5min after this action has occurred. Do [this] at this time.

The automations are great, but could be tweaked. I am not saying to be GHL, but the way the automations are set up and able to be detailed is the direction I'd like to see IO go.

Another feature I'd like to see is the Legacy Promotion to add a Filter slot for rentals in the "How many/How much?" "Item Name" box.

Hello,

For the first suggestion about more precise automations, I agree that more detailed control over the timing of the actions could be very useful. This has recently been on our radar and I believe this feature is under development.

For your second suggestion, I think I understand what you're asking. You're suggesting the ability to count how many rentals meet filter criteria rather than individually inputting rental requirements? Such as 2 Rentals within "Bounce and inflatables" or something along those lines? I understand how this could save time when a promotion has many possible requirements in a large inventory.

Let me know if this is what you were envisioning, or if there is anything we can help you accomplish with how the promotions and automations are currently set up!

And yes I believe what you are saying on #2 is correct. For example if you set up promotion for get 2 *be able to add category filter "bounce house* and recieve [reward] off of *filter of category*. Right now you have to place individual items by name instead of just a simple filter. And even if it isn't a huge filter like building your own filter under the "filters" tab, and IO just puts in universal filters like "category" "primary category" and then once that is selected a box appears with the names of your already entered category pages, and you select "bounce houses" "water slides" concessions. Or you can have the option to not use the filter and enter single items like it is already set up. This would add so much flexible and less time consuming.

I can understand how categories could be a useful and maybe more easily-implemented preset filter, and it would be great in a perfect world if we could extend that to customer rental filters. I will offer this feature suggestion to our developers and will let you know of any updates.
