Automatic Emails/Texts

I like out system of automatic emails and texts that I have setup, but if I'm on the phone with a client and I book them - how do I turn off their automatic texts/emails so they're not getting the information that I'm already relaying to them on the phone. Is there somewhere on the lead that I can turn off the automations?

In the customer section of the lead, you can unsubscribe the customer to automatic emails and text alerts. Please note this will apply to the Organization as a whole for all leads.


If you need further help in filtering customers to which you would not like to send certain emails, please let us know and we can try to help you send those to the appropriate customers.
