I have leads I've turned off wind alerts and they are still getting them.

Is this the only lead where this has happened?

Hi Chad,

I'm seeing a Wind Alert was sent to this customer on 9/11/2022 in the CRM. This alert was sent for lead #9912707.

Is this what you are referring to?

No. Well I may need to ask them more questions. I talked to them today and they were wondering why they were still getting wind alerts even though they don't have an event any time soon. That being said, I assumed it was the lead I sent and that it was due to the delivery window and not the event times.

Okay let us know once you get more information so we can take a look further. Right now, this lead isn't showing any wind alerts were sent.
