How can I fix this issue. I also sent this to myself and I can't view the contract.

The same thing is happening to me too. I would like to bypass the contract part - It looks confusing on the clients end anyway.

This is usually due to trying to view a contract that is not in a status with a contract created. Can you please provide a lead ID#?

You have your statuses all messed up. Please tell us what you want them to be. From quote, contracted, confirmed, completed. We can rename them but for example, you have to have a contracted status. This is inbetween the time they get the quote and they are confirmed. So what do you want it named? What is your "quote" status named? What is your confirmed status named? Do they have to pay deposit AND sign contract to be confirmed? Please let us know and we can fix your statuses.

Tabitha, the progression of lead statuses is not something that can really be bypasses by our software. Lead statuses help track an event from inquiry to contract to completion. A lead must be in Contracted status for the client to receive and sign a contract, otherwise inquiries could easily flood users and make inventory unavailable.

Can I please have a link for someone to walk through these steps with me and verify my settings. I am a balloon decorator and not a bounce house
