I want to create landing pages for my Rental items that are different and can be changed. For example if i want my landing page for christmas themed tents and then i also want a landing page for Hanukah. i want that to work at the same time. is this possible to do through IO without creating 2 entire different items?

You could create new categories under Settings-->Categories for Christmas and Hanukah themes. Then you can assign one inventory item to multiple categories under Settings-->Inventory.

Yes I could. What I'm looking to do is more of actual landing pages so i can make like a Christmas themed party with tables and chairs possibly decorated to show what is possible. But also be able to make like another landing page with Easter themed tables and chairs. but when they check out they can add the tables and chairs and the added accessories utilizing the IO checkout.

Creating a new category would then create a new category page for the customers to view the items within that category.... This would also allow the customer to add to cart from that category page.

I'd do the landing pages in elementor. You can use utm parameters on a buy now button to open a quote form with the items already in it. This way you can design the page to look however you want and a simple click of the button will add those items to the cart. The page can look how you want, but the functionality would be something like this: Join - Inflatable Operators Association

I'll be teaching a version of this at IOA in April.

How are you trying to navigate to it? And where are you building it.

i built it using elementor. i went to templetes>landing pages then created a new landing page. when i click on the link before i click on the "edit with elementor" button it says page doesnt exist. i also can type in the address link and it say the same thing. i also pressed publish and then a small black box pops up with the words "have a look" i believe it says and when i press that it says the same thing also.

Can you record your screen? It sounds like you're missing something

It has to do with the URL structure. Usually elementor landing pages aren't your site com/landingpagetitle. It's usually your site.com/landing-pages/page-title.

Well, once you edit in elementor you should always be in elementor when you want to preview it. I need to watch the video again on my PC to be able to see better. I don't know what you clicked when trying to preview it from elementor

yes once i made my edits i pressed publish and then a small black box popped up that said "have a look" i pressed that and it said whoops. also when i click on the permalink it says whoops.

For starters I never use the WordPress editor to preview when I edit the page in elementor. I'd try to open that table and chairs landing page and see what the URL looks like comparitively or search for the page on your site since you didn't noindex it (unless you did)

It's looking like i will be able to get what i want done i just will have to create a regular new page and make it how i want. Not sure why it wont work using the landing page function. thank you for your help.

No. It isn't an Io feature as much as an elementor. I'm sure everyone gets the same level.

You may need to enable it in elementor settings.

i went into the elementor settings and checked the landing pages box. i also went into the features tab and changed the landing pages drop down from default to active. Its acting the same
