Review Widget Issue

On the review widget. I have my Google account connected. I have 251 reviews but the widget only shows that I have 5.

I should also mention, I tried resetting my google connection 2x with the same results every time.

Here is what the web developer advised:

So the issue was that for his google business profile it looks like he has some marketing campaign parameters in his URL that our other users typically don’t.

So we were trying to match on jumpingjacksevents.com but with the extra stuff it was never matching, leading to never getting the rest of his reviews. They’re there now.
