Push notifications

I would like to receive mobile push notifications for a new text message and new email from our clients. I would like to be alerted by a notification on my mobile device.

Did you turn them on in the CRM settings of your worker profile?

The setting I found made the CRM **EMAIL** me every alert. I do not like emails and certainly can not have every text send me an email. Is there another setting? I would even appreciate a "Notification

(The little bell) within IO.


I messaged with support - and they said all they have at the moment is email alerts (Which I can NOT do - Way to over whelming as we text about 2200 a month)

Within each workers profile and/or the general preferences under CRM. There's a check box for browser notifications. They aren't push liked an app...but that's the only notification you can get outside of email.


Simply turning on notifications here should give the bell at the top of the Io bar.

Don't click the drop-down. Is browser notifications checked?

I had a call with Brittany and she said I was logged into the admin account and that the notifications do not work on the admin account. I had to log out and log into the Worker account. I am getting the little bell notifications now. Thank you for your help
